Eric Steele is the founder of EJS Ventures LLC, an operator-led holding company based in Wichita, Kansas, that builds and manages digital businesses. Across his career, he has launched and operated ventures spanning marketing services, ecommerce, software, and consulting, with a bias toward lean execution, clear value propositions, and measurable outcomes.
Outside of business, Eric is a 30+ year ultrarunner and the founder of Epic Ultras and Kansas Ultrarunning History. His decades in endurance sports have shaped the same discipline, persistence, and long-term thinking he brings to business, entrepreneurship, and historical documentation. He has also shared his experience in endurance, resilience, and business as a professional speaker and mentor.
